Cancellation Policy
I value our time together and want to ensure every client has the opportunity to book. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Because that time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service.
No-Shows
Missing an appointment without notice makes it difficult for me to fill that spot. In these cases, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Late Arrivals
I want to make sure you get the most out of your treatment. If you are running behind, please send me a quick text! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to stay on time for the next guest, which would be considered a late cancellation.
Booking
A card is required to secure your appointment. It will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as outlined above.
